The Role of Personal Services Users and the Needs- Assessment into the Community Planning Process

Abstract:
One of the possible way to approach a personal social services development on the local level is the community planning as the specific social work practice. The standard part or stage of the community planning is need-assessments of the services users and the member where to can be used different methods and practice and as well as the interconnection of them. We can think of the community planning as the important place of service users participation on decision-making process. The users participation can be supported variously. In this text is discussed the need-assessments as the place for the users’s participation.
