How Can the Faith Help to a Social Worker?

Abstract:
The enclosed study shows a part of results from the interviews with the workers of the Diocesan charity Plzeň. The interviews were hold about the meaning of faith in their social work. The author writes there not only about the opinions of socialized Christians, but all religious workers. The study shows, that the organic connection between faith and social work happens only rarely, but then it can be an enlargement of the workers competence.
