Incest and incest offender

Abstract:
Altough there is inhibition, incest belongs to the most expanded form of sexual abuse. It happens in the deep intimacy of the family, so its detection and successive punishment of the offender is extremely difficult. Paternal incest is the most frequent. Its object is a daughter and its offender a morally disturbed individuum of every age, with deficient internal moral sexual values and social values. A research made in the prisons in Slovakia in the year 2000 has shown that a very dangerous group of men with declination to incest behaviour are men of 40 years of age and older in the presence of a 14-year-old daughter.
