Individual approach in activation policy in the Czech Republic

Abstract:
The article aims at activation strategies applied in the Czech Republic’s labour market with emphasis on individual approach in the process of the implementation of Individual Action Plans. The analysis is based on case studies carried out in five local employment offices and shows the positive contributions of IAPs but also several implementation deficits which are mainly due to insufficient administrative capacity.
