The multidisciplinary team and the roles of a psychologist in the process of job integration of individuals with disability

Abstract:
This article is about the need and the meaning of multidisciplinary team in the process of job integration of people with disabilities. Particularly, it is focused on the contribution of psychologists and its specific activities for this kind of specialized team. The structure of team, as well as requirements of team members’ expertness and qualification, both on the European and Slovak realities level, is the crux of the article. Section about the task of psychologist in job integration indicates also the potential, which can be developed in this field.
