Equality of chances through prismatic of ethics of care, alias care as a social and political practice

Abstract:
In this essay on equality of chances through prismatic of ethics of care we present the main concepts of ethics of care and we try to show up-to-dateness of this concept. The aim of the paper is to elaborate on the main principles of the ethics of care and to introduce the method of TRACE based on it. The need for a practical application of care ethics perspective will be shown through an analysis of the Concept of equal opportunities and gender equality policies in the Slovak republic. By this method could be revealed strong and weak features of the presented concept.
