Victim-Offender Mediation in the Czech republic

Abstract:
This thesis focuses on Victim-Offender Mediation in the Czech republic. The aim of this paper is to answer the question: what are the main causes that the settlements of Victim-Offender Mediation, which are part of the duties of Probation and Mediation Services, are not agreed on. A research has been carried out which presents a range of causes found in daily practise.
