Educational needs of social workers at The municipal child welfare departments

Abstract:
The article brings the results of a survey of educational needs as reflected by social workers who are employed in municipal child welfare departments in Czech Republic. The results indicate some important aspects of job satisfaction and help to profile the content of the course which if offered to social workers dealing with children and families by Department of Social Work, Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague.
