Community Planning of Social Services – Conflict between Cultures of Organisations?

Abstract:
This article is concerned on community planning of social services in municipalities, especially from the clash of organisation cultures (public government and community planning) point of view. There are mentioned some differences between both cultures and potentional critical points, where tensions and conflicts may occure in this article. There are also presented some ways of co-existing of them.
