Possible Deficits in the Field of Functional Literacy and Citizens Orientation as a Risk Factor and Potential Starter Indebtedness of Citizens with Disabilities

Abstract:
The text focuses on the specifics of people with disabilities and to restrict their functional literacy. It draws attention to the general causes of indebtedness and the risk position of people with disabilities in the consumer world. It offers possible solutions in the field of prevention of indebtedness people with disabilities and address their financial problems. Authors combine more experiences of the consulting practice with the theoretical background topic.
