Motivational System of a Specific Non-profit Organization with Regards to Employee Needs

Abstract:
This article inquires into the comparison of the range of motivational components’ congruency used or present in the practice and documents of a specific non-profit organization and the real needs of its employees. Ordinary employees and leaders on various levels of organizational hierarchy were included in this research. Techniques used for data acquisition were semi-structured interviews, standardized questionnaires and analysis of the formal organizational documents. Having interviewed employees and organizational leaders and having analyzed formal documents, the author of this article surveyed the actual presence and exercitation of a motivational system or its components in the organization proceedings. Having administered questionnaires and using semi-structured interviews, the author saw into the employees’ real motivational needs. Acquired data are interpreted and the central research question answered in the conclusion of this article, and practice recommendations are attached in the final discussion.Keywords:
