The Community Planning as the Place of User Participation in Decision Making Process: Reality or Fiction? About Complying with one of Social Work Method Principles in the Practice

Abstract:
The community planning is a one of the social work methods. The basic point of this method is the user’s participation on decision-making proces in connection with the social intervention or social services planning. The first part of this text is focused on the theoretical concept and variable forms of participation. In the second part are discussed the particularities of Roma people as the social services users and possible risk of their participation on decision-making process. In following part are presented experience with Roma people participation on community planning in chosen locality.Keywords:
