The Individual Planning in Social Services for the Elderly: an Example of Selected Domiciliary Care Agency

Abstract:
This text discussed approach to the individual planning of social service providing. Firstly are generally introduced principle of individual planning and the role of this in social services policy in the Czech Republic. Regarding to the living situation assessment process that is essential part of individual planning are presented three models of assessment in the social services as well as the implementation limits to get this process professional and effective. Use the data from case study of selected domiciliary care agency is discussed the current practice of individual planning in the Czech Republic as well as the particular barriers of this principle implementation to work with clients.
