Volunteering in Slovakia – Reflection on New Trends and Recommendations for Social Work

Abstract:
The contribution presents chosen findings of the representative research implemented in 2011 as the part of the national campaign for the European Year of Volunteering with support of European Union. The presentation includes also the reflection on new trends in volunteering which were identified in the beginning of 21th century and some recommendations for social work.
