Networking with Homeless People

Abstract:
The text is dedicated to networking with homeless people abroad. The article describes two main models of work with homeless people, “housing first” and “housing ready”. It specifies case management method as a keystone for support provision to homeless people with mental health issues, dual diagnosis, addiction issues or to homeless ex-offenders. It describes multidisciplinary cooperation of professionals while working with those target groups. Finally it deals with concept of participation and links it with possibilities of networking development as well as development of clients natural net in the community through social enterprise intervention model.Keywords:
