The Importance and Use of Vision in the Practice of Managers of Social Services

Abstract:
This article is concerned on the basic aspect of leadership in social services – the vision. Author points out the importance of leadership and the work with the vision in social services in the first part of the article. The attention is focused on personal vision and its development in following part of the article. The last part is devoted to shared vision development. Some practical examples are described here too.
