Monitoring and Skill Needs Analysis in Sweden
Lenka Klimplová
Abstract:
The article presents a methodology of a monitoring and skill needs analysis in Sweden, which is based on a questioning of employers and on a monitoring of other socio‑economic variables. The monitoring and skill needs analysis seem to be appropriate means helping to reduce so-called new social risks emerging in the sphere of paid work, especially problems in entering the labor market and problems in gaining adequate training in a more flexible labor market. Keywords:
