The Role of Values in the Identity of Social Work
Monika Flídrová, Michal Opatrný

A topical theme of recent years has been the identity of social work. The present paper offers a brief definition of the concept of professional (collective) identity based on values. Defined and applied values in social work determine the stability and integrity of social work. The paper therefore reflects on attributes of values and ways of developing a value-based identity. Keywords:
