Jiřina Víravová
Abstract:
This text introduces the conception and results of a survey focused on the issues of threatened and neglected children. The survey is based on the study of threatened childrens’ life paths. The aim of this survey was to detect significant associations between the abuse and neglect of children and their family background. The main stress of the analysis is information about the family environment in which these children grew up in. The main focus was on cases of families where the abuse of children has been proved . These aspects were analyzed also in relation with other variables by the use of statistical analysis. Resulting from the data analysis, many findings significantly exceeded the anticipated claims about abused children within abisusive families. Keywords:
