Unintended Consequences of Designation “Socially Excluded Locality”

Abstract:
The text introduces the parts of the results of research carried out by the method of participative research enshrined in the community. The research was realised in so called socially excluded locality and was focused on the identification and analysis of the needs of its population and the population of its neighbourhood. The aim of the text is submitted by the research results, concept of social exclusion and theory of labelling reflect the unintended consequences that can bring us indicate a specific territory as socially excluded. This reflection is oriented primarily to the perception of the inhabitants themselves socially excluded localities and its neighbourhood.Keywords:
