Telephone crisis intervention for children and young people in the Czech republic – a situation in 2002 and 2003

Abstract:
The following work is a shortened and a partly modified version of an empirical part of my diploma work with the same title. I sumarize and interpret information, which I got during my quantitative-qualitative research of 13 childhelplines existing in 2002 and 2003. I used various techniques of data collecting. The data analysis together with defining the position of childhelpline among other psychosocialnet’s organizations gives total pictures about telephone crisis intervention for children and young people in the Czech Republic.
